The Kassai Stainless Steel Julienne Peeler is a straight “I”-style peeler with julienne blades, ideal for quickly chopping salads and garnishes.  With a solid design and sharp blades, this will make short work of carrots and cucumbers.  Caution: These blades cut quickly. I’d recommend using a Knifewear Cut-Resistant Glove to be extra safe.
